The essentials

Please read these before you register.

Fees are due at the start of each month, before the first class.
Monthly fees cover a fixed 4 classes.
No replacement class or refund for missed classes, unless your child is unwell or there is a genuine emergency.
Message us on WhatsApp before class time if your child cannot come.
Classes start and end on time. Late arrival does not extend the slot.
To stop, tell Teacher Shaf one week before. Fees already paid are not refunded.
The trial fee is not refunded and does not guarantee a slot.

Payment

Fees are due at the start of each month, before the first class. Pay by bank transfer or cash.
Flexi Class students pay per class, before the class.
Send the transfer screenshot to WhatsApp so we can confirm payment.
If payment is not received before the first class of the month, the slot may be released to another student without further notice.
Monthly fees cover a fixed 4 classes per month. In a month with a 5th Friday (Group Class) or a 5th time your Personal Class day falls, that extra class is not included.
Group Class: Teacher Shaf tells parents in advance which Friday is skipped. Parents do not need to do anything.
Personal Class: parents may pay extra to attend the 5th class instead of skipping it. Arrange this with Teacher Shaf beforehand.

Attendance

There is no replacement class or refund for missed classes.
Exceptions: your child is unwell, or a genuine emergency such as a sick parent or a death in the family. Other cases can be discussed with Teacher Shaf.
Please tell us on WhatsApp before class time if your child cannot come.
If Teacher Shaf cancels a class, it is replaced or refunded.

Health

Keep your child at home if they have a fever, flu, or anything contagious.
A medical certificate, clinic receipt, or some proof of illness is appreciated for an excused absence.
Light food and drinks are recommended, especially for longer classes.

Personal class at home

Holidays and school breaks

Classes run as normal on public holidays, at the usual rate.
Arrangements for Ramadan and Hari Raya Aidilfitri are discussed with parents.
During long school holidays, there is no replacement class or refund for children who are away, including trips abroad.
Your child may be absent, but the monthly fee still applies. It holds the slot.

Flexi Class

Seats are limited: 5 flexi students per subject and up to 3 flexi students in any one class slot. When full, new parents join a waiting list.
Tell Teacher Shaf at least one day before you attend. Bookings are taken in the order received.
If a slot is full, Teacher Shaf offers the other slot for that subject on the same Friday.
Attend at least once a month, per subject.
Miss a full month in a subject and the seat goes to the next parent on the waiting list. Your name moves to the end of the list.
A booking turned away because a slot was full still counts as attendance for that month.
Permanent students always have priority for seats.
Repeated no-shows after booking may mean the flexi place is released.
Flexi students do not take a trial class, so parents must say at sign-up if their child has ADHD, autism, or any other condition or behaviour that may need extra attention or support. Parents are encouraged to talk to Teacher Shaf before enrolling.
If a flexi student is later found too difficult to manage safely or fairly alongside other students, Teacher Shaf may end that flexi enrolment immediately, without prior notice.

Good to know

The trial fee is not refunded and does not guarantee a slot.
Class photos may be used for advertising. Message us on WhatsApp if you prefer your child not to be included.
